BAKRI member of parliament Er Teck Hwa complained that the parliamentary car insignia on his six-month-old car parked beside Wisma DAP in Jalan Sakeh, Muar, was stolen recently.
He found the insignia missing after a party meeting at 10.45pm on Sept 7.
Nothing was missing inside his car.
He believed certain people were spiteful of him as during an earlier two-hour meeting at his constituency at 8.30pm, there was a slight misunderstanding among the members.
Er said the thief or thieves showed disrespect to the sovereignty of Parliament.
He had lodged a report at the Muar police station.
